Hope you all had a relaxing and fun Fourth of July. yennabear and I certainly did. We took a trip down to Long Branch for an afternoon stroll on the boardwalk. There were lots of vendors selling all sorts of things. We got matching best friends bracelets and ate a lot of hot dogs. There was also a sand art competition. I liked these two best.

Around 5pm we headed North to Belford, NJ and took a NY Waterways cruise up to NY Harbor to watch the Macy's Fireworks.

I got really drunk. It was a good day.

Today I'm off to the studio to finish up my new CD. I have to put the vocal samples on one track still. Exchange out one song that's not going to end up on the album for one that is. And finalize the artwork for the cover. It's going to be a long day, but another fun one. Working on a project I love never really feels like work.

I hope to have it released by the end of July. Stay tuned for more details.

I saw some of the sand art at Hampton beach NH a few weeks back, amazing what they can do, I'm lucky if i can get all the sand to mold from a bucket & hold its shape for a few min.
