I have a guest coming for dinner in about an hour and I'm wicked excited. It's an old friend that I used to work with when I was still cooking at an Italian restaurant. She and I both love eating well and while I'm pretty good at cooking Italian food from my 6 years experience there, this past summer I spent learning how to prepare all sorts of seafood dishes.
So... for tonights menu we will be having...
Fresh Mozzerella stuffed with Alaskan King Crab , with melted butter, lemon, and chive dressing over a bed of baby greens.

The entree...
Pan seared sesame seed crusted tuna steak over a bed of sauteed butter and garlic snow peas, with a side of roasted rosemary new potatoes and a white wine reduction sauce.

And for dessert...
Banana and creme filled crepes with caramel sauce.

Ah, heaven.

Oh, and the guy who looks like you, he said something about being a minimalist. I wish I could say he was drinking Jack and Coke, but no, he was drinking Captain and Coke. At least while I was around.
