So I was browsing my Facebook this evening and I came across a post by Gerard Way. It was a video of his signing that he recently had at Hot Topic in Hollywood. As I do follow Gerard pretty closely on Facebook (he has been a huge inspiration for me to get out and follow my dreams), I clicked just to see what it was like.

Huge line of almost nothing but what appeared to be teenage girls. I just had to wonder if he ever gets tired of all of these young girls fawning over him. I feel like I would wonder where the hell all of my fans (who are my own age) are at. Some of these girls were just in hysterics upon meeting him, which I can understand being emotional...I just wonder what goes through his mind when he meets another crying teenage girl who can hardly contain herself upon their meeting.

I'm not dissing these girls...just wondering how he feels or thinks from his point of view upon witnessing some of these people. If I were to ever meet him I would want to thank him for inspiring me to follow my dreams and to not lose hope and not give up.

So while we are talking about Gerard Way.... Has anyone listened to his new album? I absolutely love it! I feel like anything the man touches just turns to gold. He is extremely talented. What do you guys think about Hesitant Alien?
