Santa Cruz was fantabulous......Nothing like beautiful weather and almost naked chics on the beach to put a smile on my face......The kiddies had a blast on the Boardwalk.....they actually rode so many rides that they got burned out.....thank goodness, cause i was getting pooptied......the big bro and I caught up on lots of stuff and threw back a few beers.....he is such a nut....He just got invited to participate in a pre-doctural program.....Im so proud of him.....

But anyways, we spent the night at a friends house up in the mountains.....the place was ginormous......it was like in the middle of nowhere....I couldnt even get a cell phone signal......but it was pleasant and peaceful.....the kids cried when we had to leave.....

Im ready to come home......I just wish I could scoop the kids up and catch a flight and get back to my little life...but they have til June to finish up their school and it would be mean of me to make them change schools yet again.....so I will stick it out and count the days til they are back at home where they belong......

Ive read 3 books this week and I am starting another......hmmm, perhaps I need to get a life....
