Ahhhh....nothing like 16 or so hours of sleep to get me back to normal....Not even an earthquake could have woken me up last night.....and get this...Im sleepy again...Ive only been awake for 3 hours.....oh well...

Back to running again....gotta get in shape again....Ive been lazy long enough....One never realizes how out of shape they are until they try and do it again.....Old ladies could have passed me on the running trail today.....I was moving like a turtle....but at least my outfit matched....All black of course.....

My house is so, so, so quiet....Didnt realize my kids were so damn loud....its actually too quiet now....Guess Im gonna have to invite some friends over to liven things up a bit.....

Im seriously thinking about having the SG symbol tatooed on my leg....Wonder how I would explain that one to the old man....He doesnt even know what SG is....my little secret.....Hey!!!you cant beat free life time membership and the tat would look so cute on me....

Life has changed so much for me in the past few months....Starting writing in my journal again....Its nice to jot my thoughts, dreams, aspirations, and all that fun stuff down....I like to go back and read them and get a good laugh....Hope no one ever picks it up to read it or I will be in the shit hole....Guess I should hide it better.....

Well I must go and get some shopping done....There aint anything in my fridge besides fudge....Well until next time....Love to you all....
