Started school today, found that i hadnt forgotten much, but i still need work on the technical aspects of the trade.
My cats were being meowing brats tonight and i didnt react well.Greebo is still locked in the bathroom. Bad kitty.
Tonight was an anger fest, i got so upset and panicked that my shoulders even went into spasm. But i made it thru it, without any SI's or taking too many pills. It was a big internal fight, but i made it. So i suppose thats a step. I can take solace in the fact that massive shockwaves of pure Karma are on their way to wash over those people who have tresspassed against me and my furry family.
I am not weak. I am not afraid. And now i am armed with unfathomable weapons. Just call me Miss Guyver.

i read with interest your comment about NA meetings at the beach, but you don't list a location in your profile.
where would this beach be? i won't ask if i need to bring a towel, because as a devotee of HHGTTG, i always take my towel everywhere!!!
