I just spent the day recovering from me and thedefeated's sojorn to Coachella for the weekend. Im soo glad to be out of the sun!!! Its going to take a few weeks to get back to my pale shade, since right now i look like a blonde beach girl 
!!!
So, i saw a bunch of bands that totally RAWKED my SAWKS!! The PIXIES were insanely awesome, must buy myself an overpriced Ebay ticket so i can see them again!!! Sage Francis kicked ass, as did Basement Jax, Le Tigre, and others. I wasnt feeling Radiohead because all i could really hear was Mindless Self Indulgence over powering the softness of Radiohead from the second stage. I missed the Cure
but i didnt mind since i would really rather share that experience with my beloved. Oh, and i almost fainted from the heat during Atmosphere, no one seemed to care though .
I ran into Maxx on the way to Air, looking cute as ever and wearing sunglasses that were so reflective i was distracted by my hideous reflection whilst trying to talk to him. A little later this cute chick was passing by me on the lawn, and suddenly we both realized that i was Cattra and she was LTrain, so i grabbed her and pulled her to the ground in a tackle hug. Then we had beer. It rocked! So those are my highlights, as i am trying to block out the negatives such as:
**no shade
*107 degree heat
*$2 for a bottle of water (i think i spent about a bill on water alone)
*ending up tanned
*getting 2 wicked blisters on my heels from bad shoes and having everything from Pretzel salt and cig ash fall against them.
* breathing nothing but dust
*getting lost while tripping and thinking "Where is my Mind?" nm, that was fun actually!
