Good Morning World.

I spent most of my Friday minding to my smoker. One big ass piece of brisket and one big ass piece of pork butt. I was a little delayed in getting started, so I was finally able to take it all out of the smoker about 2am. Ten hours of low and slow... But oh so worth it.

Across the street from my casa, there is a women's and children's shelter. I usually cook up a whole bunch of food and give it to them. Wish I could do more but....
