I am a fat bastard. I lose weight, only to eat like a starving pig and gain it all back again. Why? What is the big emotional draw of food? I don't want to be one of those people who use it to control emotional problems. Comfort food? To hell with that! I would do anything else to control my problems. How about Comfort masturbation? Or Comfort Punching People? ANYTHING!! I have to fight it! Now I have to diet again to get back to 175. ARGH!!!! Give me strength!!
