Ahem. Hello everyone. Well, today I woke up around nine, slapped on some clothes and a hat, grabbed an ax and went to the property we need to clean up and started swingin. Nasty ass old trailer filled with so much garbage that that old wench left........it is disgusting. Anyway, I was able to knock a few walls down and work a few hours before my mom got there. Then the neighbor by it came over and talked to me. Seems he wants to buy the property and he said he will pay to clean it up, pay to get the land surveyed, AND of course, pay her to buy it. So I talked to her and convinced her since we don't use the land, and never have, to let him buy it. So we're going to work that out later. A huge relief on our part. Sorry about the weird questions yesterday. I was just in a stupid mood. I get that way a lot. Think tomorrow night I'm going to see Dawn Of The Dead with Jill, a friend. Jack and Jill.
