I guess my sometimes smile is nothing more than window dressing to make everyone else comfortable dealing with me. I suppose it would make me a less appealing person if I walked around frowning with my head down all the time. Who would want to be around me? Dress all in black and have the demeanor to match. Yes, past pain can still eat away at your insides until you feel like a shell of who you used to be. You carry on, feeling like violins are playing in the background and the sky is always grey. But it's not all like that. There is a lot of good in the world and in your life if you just look for it. Too many times you only focus on what hurts and what can bring you even more down. Why? I think the girl at work really got into my head with her psychobabble. Questions beget questions. I guess I'm looking for answers. Don't worry, I'm not sad, just thinking on the screen. Oh, and I ripped out that chunk of broken tooth today. It was just starting to annoy me, so out it came. Feels funny. Enjoy the rest of your day people.
