mindless

I've come to the conclusion that everything must
happen for a reason. Or at least it is my sincerest
hope that it does. Maybe even that hotdog that you
drop onto your favorite shirt has some small part in
the vast scheme fo things. You never know. I've
had three chances with this girl I'm seeing now and
I just find it funny that we've ended up together
finally, after all the misses and near misses. We still
ended up where we are now. I think that it all happened
because the time just wasn't right, but now it is. And
I'm smiling, because for once in my life I'm not feeling
that total sense of dread trying to overwhelm and
finally consume me. That little pinprick of light is
tearing and becoming larger, shining it's rays on all
the little things that I've been taking for granted. All
is not lost, it's not the end of my world, and God isn't out to get me. Yes, things still aren't perfect, not by a longshot, but I can look past those tings and see that
there is more to it all than an upside down smile. I want to see this life through. The end of everything is the beginning of nothing. And life goes on. Later.
