Well I have been improving slightly, with this new drug the doctor has got me on, so i have been feeling slightly mellow.
other news Friends in the philippines was affected by Typhoon DurianBBC news on Typhoon Durian they are safe and sound but i feel for those who lost their homes and families in this disaster.
