Feeling sick still today. I think I may have a flu bug, but it could be stress as well. I'm getting ready to head down to my attorney's office. As a recap for all of my new friends, here's what happened:

On August 28th, 2008 I was out with my best friend Shana and I was the designated driver for the evening. Taking her home, I was hit by a drunk driver. He hit my on my side, and then managed to drive off, still ramming into me. Me and Shana's heads slammed into eachother causing a minor concussion, and my knee hit the dash causing it to dislocate, but thankfully it popped back in on it's own. Somehow, we followed him a short distance, and she got his plate. The cops found him while we were giving statements, and he went to jail.

In December I quit my jobs at Gamestop and Paul Frank, because I found out my knee never properly healed and was floating on my leg. I had to have surgery.

So, I've been in a tiff with Allstate (who happens to be my insurance and the same insurance for the guy who hit me). They're saying because at the time, I only had liability, they will not cover me, but his insurance policy will only cover 15 grand. I can't sue him, because it wasn't his car. It was his wife's. She says he never had her permission to take the vehicle, so she isn't liable either. She somehow signed all of his posessions over to her, so even if I tried to sue him, I'd get nothing.

Anyway, through all this I am just stunned, and really hate Allstate.
