FLCL's still the better idea, though it hinges on some hard-to-find props. But I'll shoot whatever idea you've got--I mean all you need is a notebook, a couple scrunchies and a little framed picture of Light, right? I don't think I can do a CGI Shinigami.

The DeathNote movies are available on torrents, or I can make you a cd, but I strongly advise you use those four hours of your life on something more enjoyable, like oral surgery.
