it is a new year. this is promising. or maybe it promises to be promising, which is much more cryptic.

so the last few weeks were fairly tortuous. final projects and papers, and no sleep, and all the while completely ignoring everything on SG, although it's obvious that i haven't been here long enough to make a difference yet. my set is waiting (quite lonely) in my hard drive, which i still need to organize after dedicating many sleepless hours to crappy flash projects instead. it'll go up, and then you can see saucepan's amazing work.

but in the real world, i'm learning nothing so far. this is crap. and this is the first time in about several weeks i've either a) had time to do what i want with the interwebs, and b) that they've been working. installing modems will send me to my grave soon.

and in between, i've been playing an assload of persona 3, so that distracts me as well.

so i've been AWOL for much too fucking long, and i'm back, and i'm going to go pink if it kills me. my resolution is to spend even more time here. ironic, because if i stare at a computer any longer for the rest of my life my eyeballs might fall out.

p.s. someone almost followed me home today. it was creepy.
