COCONUT MILK

at the precipice of dawn

in the first peaks of her golden sunlight,

upon the neap and wet kiss of her sandy tides

the tiniest of sandollars are paid to her lovers

by the oceans of depths beneath the salt of her sea

small and delicate, they are pushed up the sand dunes

as treasures only found for the early risers

the wise romancers in their years of silver and gold

exchanging the silver of moonlight

for the streaking golden coins

of dawn's first starry rainbow ceiling glow

your body shall be drenched in coconut milk

to prepare for the tantric tanning tempertantrums

and rising temperatures and warming tides

from the sweltering threats of heat from the rising sun

under whose naked skin shall burn a promise of golden brown

stealing the very gold of sunlight itself

but to the milkwhite of the innocent moon

the milk of your skin so delicate is but the cream

to soothe my untouched skin inner light's aching burn

for the milkwhite balm of sweet skin is the scent

taste and drink of your savory sweet coconut milk
