My 24th birthday was yesterday.
I'm old.
my knees hurt and buckle.
my back is sore.
and it's not like i played ice hockey for half of my life and played backyard football (full contact/no pads) for the other half.
Anywhoos... I'm feeling my age....or maybe the age of a man 30yrs my senior. Either way.
Been talk of marriage swirling by me by my friends.
Oh my god I am NOT ready for that!
I need to find a nice irl who likes the same things i do.
believes in the same morals, ethics, and ideals.
a girl who knows how to have fun and be random... but also likes to stay in and just hang out, read, watch a movie, play video games.
someone who can get jealous... but not extremely easily.
someone who would one day make a good mother.
A girl who could make more money than me. (not required, but nice to think about right?)
a girl with the same libido as me.
I mean... I like some serious kinky stuff. I've even go so far... as to try having sex Doggy style!

there are lots of factors. some one sweet.
smells nice all the time.
nice teeth.
good hair.
comes from a nice family.
etc etc etc
Anywhoo..... getting back to the topic on hand..... marriage flying around my head... etc...
my friend told me his gf is pregnant.. and he's eventually going to propose.
THIS coming from a kid who has had sex w/ 86 people in ~5 years.
He hasn't held a relationship down for more than a week and he's planning on marrying this girl!!!!
She must be something special.
I just hope he doesn't break her heart.
So... what did i do for my birthday?.... oh... yeah i remember!...
I had to work from 8am-10pm.
came home ate some left overs and went to bed.
whoopee.
Now tonight I'm working from 10pm-3am ugh.
and i'm working 6pm-12:30am christmas eve! double UGH!
But... I leave for disney the day after christmas! Yayyyy!!!
I'll be back in the Bean on New Year's Eve!!! (assuming weather's ok and flight's not delayed)

ps. I'm working on my tattoo design and I was wondering if anyone had any artistic ability. (preferably cartoony meets escher) I've got what i want... and I know what i want... but... i keep screwing something up every time i put it on paper.

I know how you feel about the whole "growing up" thing.
I was hanging around a bunch of marrieds and thinking, "oh shit, is it my turn?"
As much as I would love to graduate and then settle down, I just don't feel like I have got "being a kid" outta my system yet. I wanna make sure that when I am ready...that I really am, ya know?
I'm sure you will find a girl with all those qualities and more...when you do can you see if she has a friend for me? gender unimportant, really.
anyway,
have a drink for me in Boston and I will have a drink to you in Scotland and we will ring in the new year the right way.
