I usually remember my dreams, or at least most of them when I wake up. The only thing I remember from last night's dream is that I had 4 or 5 new tattoos, all on my stomach (one was on my left leg, all the way up). They were all small, about 2-3 inches each. but I really only recall two of them: one was an elephant, next to my existing OM sign tattoo, and the other was a black sword, right in the middle, below my belly button, pointing down...
I wonder what this all means?
I've been looking to get more tattoos, but I told myself that it would be after I get back in shape. So that's going to take time. I just started a new program with Kinetix Living. It's basically a balance of protein-carbs-fat, but boy is it hard to think about food differently, not just munching on whatever I crave....
It also includes working out 30 minutes a day / 6 times a week. I'm starting it slowly so as not to get overwhelmed and quit.
But after getting my body composition analysis and weighed on Friday, I decided it was time to take action. All I've been doing since the break up is eating and gaining weight (oh, and sulking too)!!!
And... to make matters more 'challenging', my drip coffee maker AND my espresso coffee maker are not working

good luck with the getting in shape. i keep trying and my husband keeps sabotaging my efforts ("i'm going on a diet, hun" "that's fine, now sit down and eat some pizza"
