It's getting chilly, so I decided to light up the fireplace. As soon as it was lit, Oz has been staring at the flames. Just sitting there, and staring. Crazy cat. But also cute .

Today is St. Martin's day. That's kind of the western European version of Halloween. Kids carrying lanterns (often made themselves in school) will come door-to-door, and sing a song in exchange for candy. It's really cute. They don't dress up though, so in that regard it's different from halloween.
There have been rain showers on and off all day though, I hope the weather clears up soon, or not many kids will come trick-or-treating.

I've started writing christmas cards today, I have most of them done. I still need a couple of people's address though. So drop me a message .

Oh, the seminar earlier this week turned out to be not that bad . It was actually pretty interesting. I was glad to be home though, it took me 2.5 hours to get there and 2.5 hours to get home again. So I was pretty beat the rest of the day. But I think it was worth it.

That's my week so far. Things are still going pretty slow. How were all your weeks?
