I think I can say I had a productive day today. First I went out to get a birthday card for a friend. Her bday is this sunday, I hope the card makes it on time. I kept forgetting to buy it.
After lunch (turkish pizza), I started cleaning. First, I sorted through all my mail and magazines and such, and tossed as much as I could in the recycling bin. Then it was time for the kitchen. I steam cleaned it top to bottom. It was in dire need too. Everything got done, from the kitchen cabinets, to the countertops, to the stove top. Vacuumed and mopped the floor. All that's left now is vacuuming the living/dining room tomorrow, and mop there. I'll probably do that tomorrow, it's time for dinner now and it's starting to get dark.
Oh, while I was on my cleaning spree, I also found time to bake some bread. SO for dinner, I'm having fresh bread with teriyaki chicken and some rocket and other assorted leaves.
