Sunday's are for family dinners. Even though I've been living on my own for over 3 years now, I still spends sundays with the family. Usually they come to my place, and I cook. So when the weekend nears, the big question is always what to make. I really like cooking, and since I hardly have time for it during the week, I try to make more eleborate meals for sundays.
Since my family is pretty picky about food, it's hard to come up with something everyone likes. So I'm always open for suggestions.
This week I might make a recipe from Racheal Ray: Jambasta.
Big thanks to Cassy for finding the recipe for me: I spent an hour browsing the FoodNetwork website, and she found the recipe in 2 minutes flat using Google. Go me... :/. Still <3 ya though Cass :p.
Now if only we could get the FoodNetwork over here too....
