As im sure you all know [because I've been banging on about it for the past few journals ] I've just finished reading the philip pullman trilogy. For those who haven't read them [heathens and charlatans!! ] in one of the worlds, the human beings wear their souls on the outside of their bodies. These souls are called daemons and take the shape of animals, which tend to reflect the personality of their human.

Wouldn't life be infinitely more stressful/better if we had that? it would be so much easier to guage what people were like or how they felt.

What animal do you think your daemon would be?

It's a tricky one but i think i'd probably wind up being some kind of warty toad or frog or summat. Or maybe a butterfly, flitting from here to there but attracted to colour. Or perhaps a mink. hmm.

back to brizolio on sunday and am looking forward to seeing the crab-like octoberand her new corset.

have just bid on ebay for a pair of seven jeans. noone else has bid as yet but there are still a few days to run. im hoping that my little legs are unique so that noone else will make the price crazy!
