What a wonderful time of the year: summer but with the white glare of autumn and the sting of the wind.
Yesterday I did my interview and I don't think I'll get the training contract but I had a really fun time- sick isn't it?! How can someone derive pleasure from a one hour written test on acquisitions of companies, a 45 minute critical thinking test and a one hour interview with a senior partner +1?! The truth is that I'm a granny... oh, and the senior partner was sex-a-m-eeee!!
...mwahahahaha
I had a wonderful time the other day. My flat is opposite a mini-hill with a tower on it and if any of you come and visit the lovely october and me you'll realise that it is one of the most theraputic places in ze werrld, albeit pretty small! I discovered a tiny horse chestnut tree grove [ok, there were like 3 trees
] and had lots of fun wandering like a spirit and picking up the first conkers of the season.
I also had a surprise visit from jesus, which was, well, surprising- haha! ok, I'm not talking about the son of god here but the venerable and currently bearded nonchalance. Make sure that beard stays mehearty!!
Today I am very pleased to be going home to london, and shall be there until the tentacles of bristol ensnare me back [which will be in about 10 days if you want to know!!] ooh, talking about tentacles, I saw a really cool nature programme [narrated by david attenborough of course!] on tv the other day about sea slugs and jellyfish. They are both *such* amazing creatures!
Check out:
and the ethereal
Funky, innit!
I shall be individually posting when I get back home so bear with me my lovelies!
