well, just got back from a wonderful exhibition at the royal academy that i've been banging on for days about. tamara de lempicka's work is so aesthetically pleasing in every way: she manages to blend the sculptural with the harsh lines of cubism and the softness of classicism and I love her!! the pictures aren't very good [here's fingers xed that they paste in ok] but these works are my faves:

The first one is stunning for her dress and the fact that her eyes are bright bright green which contrast with her sumptuous scarlet lips. mmm, she would make the best SG
