alrightio party people-
sorry for the mighty long absence and thank you to everyone who has been interested enough to hang in there!
well, life's been pretty hectic recently what with going to glasto and moving into my new flat in bristol with, amongst others, my beautiful and crazy partner in crime october. [make sure you question her intensely on monacles and octopi]
Losing my glastonbury virginity was extremely pleasurable I have to say and even though protection was used- in the form of wellies, anoraks and bobble hats against the incessant rain and mud, nothing but naked pleasure was had by all.
My favourite artists were suzanne vega [i am now officially in love with her after having seen her perform from the second row!] orbital [seriously rocked the house] damien rice [a pleasant surprise, quite a performance] and lamb [mmm, tasted just fine].
belle and sebastian were a bit of a disappointment I thought [they played new stuff-a huge nono!!] and james brown just scared me with his plastic looking skin and his toupee. did you know that he was just done for wife beating in the US. what a rat, it gives new meaning to him being a "soul man" dont you think?
Anyone believe in palmistry? I had my palm read the other day and even tho those guys are masters in body language, some of the stuff he was saying was pretty near darn accurate. scary shit!
Anyhoo, am now back in bristol for pretty much keeps as I *finally* have a placement doing something useful this summer. Woo hoo!
just call me milky the crazy-arse private banker. I'm stoked.
Hope you're all well. Let me know how you are doods!!
Until we meet again,
M xXx
P.s. nonchalance you can come over and cook for October and me any time you like! you do the meanest roast on the block! How about this Sunday?! There might even be another bread and butter pudding in there for you!

I only really went because my girlfriend had a spare ticket, but like I say, the Chilli's won me over.
I was kind of bowled over withthe scale of th thing as well, it was the biggest thing I'd ever seen for just one band.
I really didn't know what to make of James Brown though...
Do you think he still gets groupies
