So I'm in this huge fight with Rob, which really sucks cause he's like my best friend. I don't know how long it's gonna last. He's really pissed because he thinks I'm trying to steal his job. He pierces at a studio in our town, and I'm there when he's not. Kinda like a backup piercer. Anyway, the guy who runs the place asked me if I wanna come in a few times a week to basically run the shop (watch the front, make appointments, that kind of shit).I told him yeah, after all, it's extra $ in my pocket every week, and I'd be able to hang out with Rob everyday. I asked Rob if he'd mind and he told me no, that it wasn't a big deal. Now all of the sudden he thinks that I'm trying to move in and take his job. I tried telling him that I'm not, and that the only time I'd pierce is still when he's not there. But he's still super pissed. I don't know what else I can do. I told theowner that I'm not gonna be able to help him out with the shop because it's not worth a giant fight, even though it would really help me out financially and might even let me quit my current job. I dunno. Just wanted to vent. Have a good week.

i hope everything works out for you!!! i'm sure you'd do a bang-up job holding down the fort for the owner, its obviously a huge compliment that the owner would like you do so... i'm sure you're worth it, but i'm sure i'd do the same thing in your position... but it does sound like its a good job.... good luck!
