Been a frustrating couple of days, that's why I haven't been on the computer.. Having money issues... I have a douchebag landlord that moved me in a house with no kitchen sink, refrigerator, or stove.. I gave him half a months rent because the house isn't livable and I'm having to eat out all the time... He took me to court and he must know the judge because I paid for an attorney and had pictures of what I was dealing with and he somehow won... Scrounging up deposits again, what a pain in the ass since I just paid them a couple of months ago.. Still haven't caught up.. That whole system is fucked up...

That's ridiculous. I guess his case was that you knew the condition when you took the place but that should be no excuse. He sucks.

No, I didn't. I came and looked at the house and everything was there. When the previous tenants moved, they found a leak that destroyed the kitchen and part of the bathroom. They had to gut out all the walls, and all of the appliances were ruined and the landlord did not tell me anything. I moved in to this and was completely shocked! I had already gave him 1st month's rent (1400 dollars) and a deposit (1400 dollars). I was too broke to move. But for the month of June I gave him 700 dollars because this is completly F-ed up!
