Hello again, SG Land!
I'm just going to start off by saying a massive thank you to all those who have left love so far on my latest set Sixth Sense. It is one of my most treasured sets, I still look through it every day and love it just as much as I did when I first saw it. Not trying to toot my own horn but I've always felt if anything I've shot could make it to the front page, this set could be it. Now, on to some Blog Homework!
New Year Goals
1. Get a promotion: For the past year I have been working extremely hard and barely ever took time off or said no when being called in on my days off, I've even worked at other stores when they haven't had enough staff. Hopefully my hard work pays off and I get this promotion I've applied for.
2. Travel to Perth: To keep this short and sweet I just want to see my girl, @sunflower
3. Move out of home: Yep. It's time for me to adult. I also can't stand my brother and his girlfriend, so moving away from them would be bliss. HA!
4. Start doing photography: My amazing SG buddy, @coolicio has sold her old Nikon to me which is great for me to start out, learn and perfect the art of photography! In saying that I'll also need to learn how to edit images. Eep.
These are just a few short-term goals I'm really hoping to achieve this year. If I make my first goal the other two will definitely be possible. Fingers crossed, I'll hopefully find out within the week whether I'll be promoted at work or not. Now, on to long term/life goals.
My bucket list.
1. Travel Europe; Specifically the UK, half of my family live in England and it would be amazing to make it over there in time to visit my grandparents and see my cousins. I would love to see Norway and just be in places with amazing scenery.
2. Photograph for SG: It almost goes hand in hand with my last goal for this year. I'm hoping I really pick up with my photography so I can start shooting!
3. Swim with sharks: I'd probably spend the whole time having a heart attack, but I can imagine the experience just being beautiful.
4. Become a Vet Nurse: I'm currently studying and am well on my way.
5. Visit the set locations for the Harry Potter & LOTR movies: Need I say more?
6. Attend an International Shootfest: I want to meet all the babes! ALL OF THEM! There are also quite a few photographers that I'm dreaming to one day work with.
7. Hike in a rainforest: Get me amongst nature.
8. Road trip around Australia: There's so much to explore in my own country, so much yet to see.
