Just weighed myself, and I am 180 lbs. I am well on my way to dropping down to 175 or even maybe 165. I used to weigh only 165 maybe like five years ago when I used to work at Crunch as a personal trainer. But after I quit working for the gym and moved out of the house. I somehow ballooned my weight to 190. I mean most of the weight is a mixture of fat and muscle.
Well I have been dieting and exercising. This week I felt I fell off my exercise routine and I need to stay focus by the summer time so I have a rocking body for Burningman. Yes, I am being superficial.

I lost 6lbs whilst in SF, which I'm pleased about, but I'm sort of glad to be eating normally again now I'm home.
