Hmmm, for the past couple of weeks I've been having this daily ritual. I've been doing a crossword puzzle a day with my left hand.
Then after that I try to do some excercises, like filling a page with the alphabet, or copying a couple of pages out of one of my books.
It's hard but I've already vastly improved.
Ambidexterity here I come.
