So just to add on to my black out night of drinking. I found out what put me over the edge....I was playing beer pong with captain morgan, LMAO! i didnt even know, wow.
Anywho today was nice. Im getting back into my normal routine of working out twice a day. A normal workout in the morning and Mixed Martial Arts at night. Gawd its been awhile since I got to punch someone in the face...I feel great! But my whole body hurts and I got punched in the face too. HAHA
oh well, thats the reason to get better. So I dont get hit in the face as much, lol. Honestly it should be a therapy for ppl. Someone should take it upon themselves to offer their face up for ppl to punch. Obviously they would be paid for their efforts =) I think it would work, lol.
