well for the past 3 months I have been past life regression hypnosis on my self every noon and night.
I love the relaxation that I get from it. it feels like no matter how hard it gets I can breathe and get my thoughts sorted.
last night ive had a break through with the regression.
quite exciting!
I finally broke the barrier, not for too long because my roomie walked in. broke my connection.
it was very interesting.
not sure if wat I saw was true or not, regardless It felt intriguing. the part when I finally opened the door
my minds sense went wild!
I felt like I was floating in the wind.


his name was jack

82 seemed to pop up a lot, maybe it was the year
I couldn't really connect with him for too long, he didn't live a full life like we are meant.
he was very very hungry, never had shoes.
I didn't see his death but I know he didn't make it past 12.
after that I felt like something was trying to block me after that.


I saw multiple faces, mishappen and very dark nothing to do with any past lives
as is if I was paralyzed
I struggled
i have a very strong will. so i just said awake
and i was back in my bed
my roomie walked in right after this happened.

but i will try again again to find what has pained me in my past and the lives of those before me
i believe in this.
if you think im stupid or crazy that's fine!
we all have fear of the unknown

im plunging into it head first on my own to see what i can find. its worth the risk to heal my heart mind and soul
i will continue every night! i have to find my light! i can sense this was determined by fate now i have the free will to explore and heal.
