Well, I normally write these and I really have no clue if anyone even reads them, but I have multiple points to discuss. Hopefully, someone will have some insight.
I have been working at my job since February, and I had no idea I had created such an impact. I informed my manager two weeks ago that I was trying to process to get back in the Army. Well yesterday my manager pulls me aside and informs me that the owner wants to know what it will cost to keep me and get me to forget about the Army. I informed her that even though he is feeling froggy he might not want to jump that high. She said he doesn't care, and to crunch some numbers to figure out what I need. I do need a lot more, but at the same time I don't want him to think I'm trying to be greedy.
