tomorrow I will be signing the final offer on the condo Im buyingthey didnt take my first offer, but the counter they gave me was still well in my means so if all goes well, inspections, loan, and some other random bullshit, we will be closing on April 26 and I will be a home fucking owner hahaha this fucking rocks for anybody that has ever been to where I live right now its the exact same thing just two floors down so you know how much it rocks thats it for now I am so fucking happy about this for the first time in my life I feel like I am really doing something and it ROCKS
