I went to Girlie's salon yesterday and got my hair chopped. My hair looks all kinds of awesome.
I didn't know that they specialized in curly hair. I'm curly--much to my chagrin as a teenager--sometimes I've just had it buzzed because it often looks horrible when it gets cut. But they know how to rock that shit something fierce.
The stylists there are also really nice, rare for a salon (at least the first time you go to a salon) in my experience.
I told my girlfriend (she's still in SF, doing that play) that I went there, and she FREAKED OUT. Turns out she's a fanatic; an evangelist almost. She does other women's hair with the products from Devachan!
