Holy TSUNAMI ALERT!!! I was at work...minding my own business. I had NO idea what the hell was going on. Some tourists with an iphone asked me what I knew about the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. ..and if Hawaii would have warnings as well. I was like... Of course, we checked out the TV in the bar, and HOLY CANNOLI. Hawaii was under a tsunami watch!! Lucky for me, we all were allowed to leave relatively early. People were already being evacuated all over the low lying beach areas..the roads were crazy with traffic. I contemplated going to a gas station, and was like, "FORGET IT". I came home instead. I have half a tank of gas...15 gallons of water...cup o noodles...and a few cans of food...and quite a bit of frozen stuff. The sirens are kinda freakin' me out...and all the helicopters flying over ahead aren't helping. I hope everything is alright. However, after having those other 2 "tsunami warnings" over the past few years that ended up being false alarms, I dunno. I am kinda worried! Wish me luck!!! XOXO
