I'm feeling better today. I took a nice suburban hike around the country block and then some, which vanquished the persistant headache that had been dogging me all day. Staring into a computer screen listening to annoying needle-drop definitely didn't help matters.
So, the walk was nice!
It's very sunny and blue out, but still too cold. It's 37F (maybe 2C) out, but warm days are ahead!! I can feel it.
I'm considering buying a canoe so I can fish and explore the bayous like I did when I was a kid. Maybe take the guitar out in the middle of the river this summer. Smoke a jib, inhale the fresh air, and jam. Or not.
And I finally got around to getting my pics up from the California trip over New Year's. Here's a taste. Enjoy the rest!

What a beautiful picture....I love it.....By the way i like the new name....My parents have a canoe but never use it...I havent been canoeing in along time....I should go this summer.....Hmmm i think a walk would do me good but theres not where nice around here to talk so when i go up north to Tawas then i might take a walk if its not too cold out....
