Dishwasher broken. Methinks it's a goner.. burnt motor or something like that. I tore it apart, could find nothing wrong, therefore methinks it's fucked. Called landlord, not home. Left message. Hands chapped now from sponging up nasty, detergent-water from the bottom of the washer. Shitloads of dishes to do. The roommates WILL do them. I've done enough already.


No phone number for the Icepick. Need to call him. I've decided to spring if the building is sound. I have a strong feeling it's not though. I don't want to have to take out a huge loan just to bring it up to code. Fuck that. There's gotta be a reason why it's so cheap. Could be the neighborhood, could be the stigma associated with one of GG Allin's last known residences. You'd think that would UP the value. Then again...
