So I worked the 6AM to 2PM shift today, which means I got up around 4 this morning. Since the closest thing I have to a normal bedtime is around 3AM, I don't get much sleep when I work this shift.
In fact, I got about 2 hours. I went in, did the work thing, then headed home, trying to decide if I should pump myself full of caffine and get some stuff done, or just crash.
shortly after walking into the apartment I got a call from my best friend...he had gotten free tickets to the Flyers/devils game that night.
It wasn't even a choice...first I went to starbucks for a venti white mocha with extra expresso shots in it, then I stopped at wawa for supplies. I loaded up my car with enough redbull to kill a sea otter and headed off to Philly.
Good times were had. And the best part? My beloved Flyers, who have been sucking something fierce lately, won in overtime. I only drank one of the redbull cans in order to keep me awake while I got home...now that the buzz is wearing off, it's time to slep a little before work tomorrow.

I'm glad the band was awesome, nothing worse than going to a shit band with higher expectations than shit.
