when i was 8, i kid you not, Danielle, my bff (at the time) & i sat in my room triple piercing my ears with a g-d damn safety pin... i cried bloody murder, but no infection.
yeah, i actually had a discussion with a neighbor 2 weeks ago about paradise. he moved from L.A. to the Big Island, Hawaii & for some reason, paradise bored the shit outta him. his wife stayed. he didn't.

oatmeal is rad. cook it with milk or Very Vanilla soymilk instead of water... add a buttload of Splenda & melt some peanut butter in it. yum yum
or, dice up some apples & cook it in the oatmeal with cinnamon & maple syrup.

I've been rethinking my whole view on inner peace and it's left me a bit distracted.
haha. i know EXACTLY how that goes. when i chant/meditate, it takes me 15 minutes -- at the very least-- to chill out my inner ADHD buddha.
in all kiddingness, the "monkey mind" is a blessing: it means you're doing your human revolution/transformation and clearing the sh*t out of your life so that you that the inner peace can breathe.
...she was acting all cute, calling me James and Jimmy, and I think she was even flirting a bit...
I'm completely smitten.
