i keep thinking about all these things I know I shouldn't be. and then i'll get an idea, immediately realize it's the worst idea ever and then be disturbed that it even crossed my mind.

I don't know if it was denial. excitement. delusion. revenge. weakness.
but I feel like that fog has dissipated and looking back and at the ends of my hands, I took the wrong path.

so yesterday I went and had my hair chopped off, not so violently as that sounds, but it's all gone. well, not all. I was walking around happy and cute with my new hair and didn't think to record the moment with a photo. I should have.

as r0bby reported, we have lost our fishy. We plan on getting another one this week. I was sad but I guess I knew it was coming because he looked so unhappy all day yesterday. He was a little more surprised and seemed more sad about it.

I'm sad, but it was inevitable. Three months, our first pet bought together, gone now.
