I have tetanus - well, not really, but I have all the symptoms of - minus the rusty nail in my foot.

I am frustrated with contemporary writers. I have a hard time finding ones I like or are interested in reading.... and the ones that are recommended to me, honestly.... I can't stand it. I read them and all my friends rave and I just shake my head with "why... why is this popular?"

suggest something good, contemporary or classic... because I'm confined to bed today. (not that I don't spend 85% of my day in bed already)
