My last time at Cafe Pause in Ikebukuro. Had my last trip to Lisn Incense. Went to Pierre Hermes and Jean-Millet... and will be stopping by Dalloyau for macarons. Sigh. Goodbye good pastries, goodbye cute cafes and strangely clinical incense shops.
Just think... san francisco weather... focus on the weather... because it's hot and humid to the point where I think I may kill myself right now. And it gets worse in August.

Suitcaae purchased - check!
grape mentos, banana baum, far far too many macarons, yoku moku cookies, clothes from s-inc, and everything else - check, check, not done, check, check, still looking.
packed - mostly.
cleaned apartment - um... can we talk about something else?
I'm finishing up tomorrow, saying goodbye to my keitai, having a last dinner with Lance..... then crying my brains out on the plane because I know I'm going to miss Japan. Lance is going to the airport with me, thank god, he has friends to pick up and I need a big strong man.
speaking of which, that Japanese bartender. I saw him again as I went to brunch this morning (again) and he saw me as I was leaving and was adorable and fidgeting with the cover to something while asking me about what I'm up to today... I didn't have the heart to tell him I'll never be in for brunch ever again.
But it warmed me up on my last weekend to FINALLY have a native Japanese guy talk to me.
