1. Bought the new place.
2. Went to greece.
1 - 2 combo: Signed the deal while in Greece... poor planning.
3. Rented our place in Oakland out. This means I will be a landlord as of August 1st.
4. Will be renovating, and then moving, to SF this month.
Home. Although, recently, I've been missing Tokyo like nothing else.
