NEVER have your items shipped with DHL!!

My ungodly expensive machine was delivered today. The box looked like a freight train had hit it and the machine is busted, the foam blocks which held it are all smashed to pieces. I have filed an insurance claim on it but because of the high dollar value they have to have an ajduster come out and look it over in about 2 weeks (right about the time I am leaving for another 2 weeks to Florida for my vacation) and do all kinds of complicated. ARGH!!! I am so incredibly depressed about this. The most insulting this was the "Fragile" stamped ALL over the box had "HA HA HA" written in large letters by it. Maybe that was funny to someone, but to me who put herself in debt almost 7K for it, it was just more like a slap in the face.

And when I call everyone I call at DHL keeps trying to throw the blame at me and at the shipper and everyplace else. My state says it was dammaged by the originating state, the originating state says it must have happened in my state and on and on, what an unprofessional lame ass company!!

What a pain. Anyway thought I'd share the grief.
