Hey gang!
Today I’m really happy because I got to celebrate my completion of a masters degree👩🏾🎓
As many of you know, I finished school last August with a M.A. in Counseling from the Family Institute at Northwestern University here in Chicago. However, Northwestern only has one commencement per school each year so I had to wait until the following June—now—to walk :) Today was such an amazing day!!
It was so surreal seeing everyone again and knowing all the hard work we put in finally paid off!!
Eventually I’ll apply for postdoctoral school next winter. But for now I’m gonna continue doing therapy, working towards licensure, and traveling some more this summer!!! Thanks for always believing in and supporting me SG fam👏🏾💖😘
