This week has brought many feel good changes that have me all in smiles just thinking about them :-) Easily topping the charts on my feel good scale....my best friend had her baby guys!!! While it breaks my heart being so far from Alaska, I am so thankful that this little nugget stayed inside her mommy until 3 days before my return....I'll be holding her monday afternoon once I land.
Thank the Gods for technology right!? I was able to FaceTime with them shortly after the birth in the hospital. If you haven't experienced an hours-old life before let me tell you.....there's no better feeling. I cried, laughed and generally couldn't contain myself!! I'm not a mommy yet, though I just wanted to take a moment and applaud all the rockstar SuicideGirl and SGH moms out there. What a beautiful feat to bring life into this world....keep kicking ass!!<3
