I went to see Fast Five a couple weeks ago when I was also looking for something action packed with car chases and it did not fail to deliver, however, in all of my walking I didn't run into anyone wearing wide light skirts on a windy day.

Girls who "dress like sluts" make me want to rape them...with my eyes. Actually jumping on some girl (or guy for that matter) usually is less about clothes and more about forced power exchange.
The government, or department of, definitely shouldn't be selective in how they write or enforce policy. Otherwise the reverse is also true...if a girl who "dresses.." won't get the normal protection afforded by the law and enforced by said department of the government, then why should they have to pay taxes or obey any other part of the law? Heck if that was the case, I'd dress like a guy-slut every day...no taxes!
