my friend RudeGirlRuca got me this book American Hardcore for my birthday. i highly recommend it to anyone. i've always been a big fan of the early 80s hardcore sound, but i didn't know much about the stories behind it & this book does a pretty good job filling in the blanks.
on another note, people keep yakking in my apartment. it's not THAT bad, is it? and it's always people who say they almost never yak. but then they come to my place and yak. is it my place? or is it that visits to my place are often accompanied with a booze and dope orgy? i'll post some pix later and let YOU BE THE JUDGE
